  • What is a columbarium?

     A columbarium is a structure of vaults lined with recesses for respectful repository of cremated remains in cinerary urns.


    St. Therese Columbarium  vaults are manufactured using imported technology from Korea. One vault can accomodate up to four (4) regular size urns

  • What are the advantages of choosing St. Therese Columbarium as opposed to the traditional burial?

    One reason that might influence your decision to  opt for internment  in a columbarium over a traditional burial ground  is  the expense.  The cost of vault and  inurnment fees is usually less than the traditional burial metrhod because of decreasing availabilty of space in the cemeteries. 


    Also, many people choose to be buried in a columbarium because of their preference  to be near a church or any sacred structures. 


    St. Therese Columbarium is located below the Shrine of St. Thérèse of the Child Jesus in Newport Boulevard, Pasay CIty.  It also features an airconditioned chapel right in the middle of the columbarium. The proximity makes it convenient for visits by loved ones and for periods of meditation and reflection.

  • Is a vault in St. Therese Columbarium good for investment?

    Yes, because not only are the vaults in St. Thérèse imported and top-quality, the location of the Columbarium is also very convenient and strategic. Every vault you acquire in the Columbarium can house up to four urns and is yours forever, with no maintenance fees.

  • A family member is not a Catholic can they also be placed in St. Therese Columbarium?

    Yes. Your non-Catholic family member can be placed in St. Therese Columbarium.

  • If I buy a vault, how long can I own it or keep my loved one’s urn in it?

    You can make use of  the vault as long as you want because you own it. As legitimate proof of ownership, you will be issued a Certificate of Perpetual Use (CPU)

  • How many urns can i keep inside the vault?

    A vault can fit a maximum of four (4) standard sized urns with dimension of 9” x 6”.

  • Do I have to pay for additional monthly maintenance or admin fees?

    St. Therese Columbarium has an established Perpetual Maintenance Trust Fund assuring vault owners of NO ADDED FEES FOR MAINTENANCE.

  • What are the requirements for purchasing a vault?
    • Must be 18 - 60 years of age
    • Valid Government ID and Photocopy
    • Recent Proof of Billing with billing address clearly indicated
    • TIN
  • What are your payment terms?

    A vault can be bought in...

    • 1 Year Installment w/ 20% Downpayment
    • 3 Years Installment w/ 20% Downpayment
